It oversees the operations of thirty hospitals and several other types of institutions in six different states. This healthcare organization employs more people than any other single employer in the state of Arizona and is among the major employers in the whole country. The mission of Banner Health is to simplify medical treatment in order to improve people’s quality of life. The dedication of this organization to achieving its goal is shown by the fact that it places a consistent emphasis on enhancing the quality of care provided to patients as well as the services and amenities available to the public as a whole (BannerHealth, n.d.). It offers basic medical treatment including urgent care, diagnostic imaging, outpatient surgery, pediatric care, geriatric care, and specialty care.

Banner Health is committed to providing its patients with better healthcare insurance and access to a wider range of medical services, including gastroenterology, pediatric, and obstetric care.

Model to support Implementation of Strategic Plan
