            Dissemination of EBP and research can be done using various ways including writing articles in nursing journals or presenting the findings at nursing conferences (Melnyk & Fineout-Overholt, 2022). The identified professional journal for the presentation of my EBP and research is the Nursing Research and Practice Journal. The identification of this journal is informed by the fact that it contains various peer-reviewed articles. Having many peer-reviewed articles is necessary because it assists in reviewing nursing articles and research carried out in various nursing fields without relying solely on particular nursing aspects (Yanbing et al., 2021). Moreover, the choice of the Nursing Research and Practice Journal was informed by its open-access feature. Open-access journals are critical in nursing because the research findings they contain are accessible to everyone.

            The selected healthcare conference for disseminating my EBP and research is the World Nursing and Healthcare Conference. This healthcare conference was chosen because it has a huge following and many healthcare providers and leaders across the globe often converge at this conference (Arashi, 2020). Therefore, the presentation of my EBP and research on this platform is highly likely to attract the attention of a huge audience of stakeholders from different parts of the world. Moreover, the World Nursing and Healthcare Conference is ideal for presenting my EBP and research because it presents the opportunity to get constructive criticism and nurses also get more innovative ideas from the discussions and presentations on different topics in the nursing field. This is important in acquiring creative ideas and developing collaboration with other nursing practitioners, which is essential in promoting nursing practice (Järvinen et al., 2023). In addition, this conference is critical in promoting the attainment of new ideas in various healthcare fields such as technology, medicine, and sciences. These areas are important in promoting professional development and nursing practice.
