The core values that I would wish to strengthen are fairness and transparency. Fairness entails exercising justice which is a crucial value for every leader since it fosters unity among individuals and organizations (Žydžiūnaitė, 2018). I wish to make fair decisions as a leader using the appropriate criteria, treat individuals equally, and exercise moral rightness (Scheel et al., 2019). Additionally, I wish to strengthen transparency and be honest in my values, beliefs, and actions.

The strengths that I would like to improve on are empathy and strategy. I wish to improve my instinctive ability to understand, anticipate peoples’ needs, and assist them in finding the appropriate phrases to express their feelings. Regarding strategy, I want to strengthen my ability to see patterns where others perceive complexity (Cakir & Adiguzel, 2020). By being mindful of these patterns, I can play out alternative scenarios. The characteristics that I want to strengthen are consistency and focus. Consistency will be crucial for me as a leader, especially in setting clear rules and ensuring they apply to all individuals equally in an environment where every person is aware of what is expected (Žydžiūnaitė, 2018). Besides, being more focused will enable me to identify new ideas that will help me achieve set goals.
