The first and critical resource is human resources comprising nurse educators and trainers who shall offer a session for nurses on the proposed intervention and its implementation. Having experienced nurses will allow the facility to pass on knowledge to nurses on ways to implement the proposed intervention. The second resource will be sufficient information and data based on existing literature about the efficacy of the proposed intervention. Nurses require sufficient time after training to integrate the purposeful hourly rounding and educate patients on the importance of self-reporting when they fall, especially while in the facility (Gliner et al., 2022). These resources are essential to attain better outcomes from the proposed capstone change project. The resources will ensure all strategies to reduce falls are adopted by the facility and lead to quality care provision.
